APD's source reports are cumulative — the charts below show the data monthly
Each HCBS report APD posts totals activity for the whole fiscal year to date, not just that month. The charts below disaggregate that into per-month figures by subtracting each report's cumulative total from the prior month's. The first available month (August 2025) reflects everything from the start of the fiscal year through early August, since no July 2025 report was posted.

Comes directly from APD's own monthly breakdown, not one we derived. Monthly totals here run much lower than the "Monthly accepted vs. declined" chart below — APD's methodology for this table isn't documented, so treat it as a separate, narrower measure rather than a breakdown of the same offers.
