How to check the numbers

• The tiles and the “Top 15 counties by total” chart use the latest report’s table.
• Changes are the latest report minus the comparison report: the report closest to one year before the latest (or the earliest report, if there isn’t a year of history yet).
• The “Category 1 + 2” tile adds the Crisis and Transitions from Child Welfare columns.
