How to check the numbers

• Each report covers one fiscal quarter (three months); each month on the charts comes from the report covering it.
• iBudget vs. CDC+: the “Enrolled Clients” columns of Table 1a: Waiver Enrollment and Payments.
• Payments per enrollee: Table 1a’s three “Total Waiver Payments” figures for the quarter, added up, divided by its three “Enrolled Clients” figures added up.
• Living arrangements and day activities: Table 1d: Clients Using iBudget Florida Waiver Services. Each share is a service’s client count divided by the table’s “Unduplicated Client Count” for that month. Residential habilitation adds up all five “Residential Habilitation” rows; supported employment adds the group and individual rows; adult day training is “Life Skills Development - Level 3 (ADT)”, companion is “Level 1 (Companion)”, prevocational is “Level 4-Prevocational”. “Living arrangement not shown” is the unduplicated count minus residential habilitation and supported living coaching.
• Services while waiting: Table 2b: rows 1 (everyone in categories 3–7), 2 (APD-funded services), 3 (Medicaid State Plan services), 5 (receiving no services) and 6 (the percent receiving no services).
